The Home Health Program provides skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, in-home health aides, and social work services to people in the home who otherwise might have to be in a skilled facility. Our purpose is to restore and maintain maximum independent function and physical, emotional, and social health so that people may remain in their homes and out of institutionalized care as long as possible.
